St. Charles Parish Court House - First Floor Renovation

Jefferson Parish Fire Training Facility Outdoor Work Area

Our team succesfully constructed a covered metal building for the Jefferson Parish Fire Department. This new facility was designed to support their training and teaching needs, providing a robust and versatile space for conducting drills and educational activities.

Orleans Parish Criminal Court

Renovation of historical building including but not limited to basement and first floor. First floor encompasses taking four court rooms to six court rooms including new clerk of court and sheriffs offices. Basement renovation includes new jury lounge, court restaurant, clerk area, mep replacements and repairs. All courtrooms to have state of the art video, bulletproofing, class 1 millwork, jail holding cells and adjoining office, conference and judges chambers.

Orleans Parish Prison Clerk of Court Conversion

Remodel and conversion of OPP next to courthouse into clerks evidence storage, file storage, and office areas. Jail cells were removed on certain floors and offices built.

St. Charles Courthouse and President, Council Offices

Major renovation to the top 3th floor and second of this courthouse. Major demolition to remove parish jail and gymnasium, which protruded thru the roof, from building and convert into offices for council and office personnel. New offices, kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms and safety improvements.

Real Time Crime Monitoring Center

Renovation of 5th floor of large building which turned it into a monitoring headquarters for Homeland Security, NOPD, FBI and 911 call center. State of the art facility with over 200 monitors hooked to thousands of cameras. Renovation includes elevators and parking garage with security enhancements.

NOPD Training Center

Renovation of 3 floors of law enforcement training facilities that have been vacant. Enhancements include offices, restrooms, elevator, 2 gyms, locker rooms, and exterior metal roof and enhancements. New generator and paving.

Lakefront Airport Hangar - New Orleans

Built out 12,000 square feet of airplane hanger offices, kitchen in terminal area. All mechanicals, wet and dry fire protection, 24 inch main line run 1600 feet, concrete, canopies, with a first class touch of aviator decor.

Jefferson Parish Community Relations Center

Remodel of existing car dealership into Jefferson Parish Police Community Relations Building. Gutted 5,000sqft. Building and built out new office and meeting space. All new exterior façade and parking lot work.
